  • So freaking glad this forum exists.

First of all I am so happy a forum like this exists, I would like to introduce myself to my fellow brothers and sisters in the customer service industry.

Without giving away who I am, I will say this... I am from Windsor Ontario Canada, and I am a pizza maker/manager at a local pizzeria. Windsor, across the river from Detroit MI. is known for some of north America's best pizza, and best in all of Canada.

I have many stories to tell everyone on this forum and on a daily basis I have encounters with customers worthy of a forum post.

I'm a good bit rusty at this, but welcome to the forums.
Customers should always be served . . . to the nearest great white.
