Answered the phone the other day and a lady had a question about a return she did a
little while back. She was trying to ask if we did not give her enough money back, but I
was trying to explain to her that I could not help her unless she gave me the transaction number from the receipt. She kept insisting that I help her, but I kept telling her to get the receipt because I could not see what she was talking about. Finally she gets the receipt and I can print a copy out. (It took a few minutes to find her receipt because she returned the things about two weeks ago.) It turns out that she was wondering why we did not refund her $5.00 on an item she did not even return. Of course I had to repeat myself a few times until she finally got that she did not return the item.
