    Or thump management for buying cheap P.O.S. (both uses of the acronym) and not updating the network since twisted pair was new tech.

      The problem behind the tills is simple; we have high tech tills and pumps but are still using the old system cuz the new system (put in last year then taken out six months later) is still being worked on. The old system sometimes can't cope with all the new tech and sometimes crashes. There is nothing that the management or higher ups can do about this, as we are reliant on the people working on the new system to hammer out all the bugs.
