The ultimate sucky utility customer

I work for a power company in the northeast. This guy is not from our company, but we have a bunch of guys helping out in NY/NJ and I swear I worry as much about this kind of thing as I do about the more "typical" incident/injury.

Seriously, what was this guy thinking? That slugging one of the workers was going to get his power back quicker?

Jumping to conclusions on why he was attacked. It could just as easily have been a lunatic and/or drunk that felt like punching the next guy that walked out.
