I am apocalyptic with rage today. As in want to break things mad.

This is the most open and shut, blatent and deliberate fraud that I've seen. We gave the policy a conviction on a fucking plate.

Now those useless MFers have written to us and told us "the impact being minor in nature or value when being assessed objectively'.
