I have returned! After having a baby, and taking three months off, from my customer service job at a cell phone company, I return in full swing with some of the best old people stories.
I work for a cell phone company that is geared toward our dear sweet elderly. No, not Jitterbug. Similar, but better prices. Anyway, we still get some people who just don't use their phones very often, so they're looking for better prices. But most of our customers are of the 55+ community. Sometimes I get really sweet old people who have no idea how to work their phone and are a little embarassed by it. And then, I get some real a-holes who think their inability to work their phone is somehow my fault. Here are the tales from the stupid.
