Howya.
I've been lurking here for a while and kept forgetting to create an account, but one customer who walked in today two minutes before closing time pushed me over the edge. Horrible, horrible woman.
I work in a dry cleaners and we have an offer for 20% off all household cleaning when you prepay, which most people are very happy with. Not this woman. She wants further discounts on a massive quilt because "it's thinner than a normal one", even though it wasn't. First she starts shouting at me because I can't give her more discounts than the one on offer, then because I can't get anyone else to talk to her (because all the other branches will be closed by now!

). She didn't stay too long, thankfully, but she came back
as I was putting the shutter down to complain to me some more. This is all happening after I've been up all night puking my guts up and then working in the boiler room of a dry cleaners on the hottest day of the year so far (a whole 19°C/66.2°F. Hey, it's a lot where I'm from). She's coming back in the morning when my boss is there. Urgh.
I have more stories but I'll save them for the main section
