Air Canada sent a lot of people my way that night under the impression they could reboot flights through me. However, I got the impression all of them were the "ME NO LISTEN YOU FIX! RAGGGH~!$" types. Since they managed to read my number off the voucher and still somehow miss the rest about how the voucher was for a hotel room.

Well, yeah, but where's the fun in that?

I sometimes think of the freaks you get when I get a live one on the phone. I've been relocated in the office, and I now handle most of the production control calls (order confirmation & tracking info, mostly), so I get a few winners.

My favorites are the ones that call in saying they haven't received confirmation of their order yet, and when I ask when they sent it, it's still transmitting on the fax. Then there are the faxes with lots of exclamation points demanding we acknowledge an order that's already been delivered.
