I get customers asking "where's the ATM machine?" all the time. I tell them where the ATM is, because we don't have an Automatic Teller Machine Machine.

Kind of like the people who say "PIN number" that just drive me mad... hello, do you realized you just asked me to enter my "personal identification number number"

2 weeks ago I went to our nearby casino and spent an hour just playing $1.00 on the penny slots. I can see how someone would get hooked on such a thing.
When you go to a casino you have to go with the mindset that you're going there just to have fun. Cause if you go there expecting to win millions of dollars then you are going to go home broke & with your tail between your legs.

yeah, that is a trick I learned a long time ago... and when you do go do a cash withdrawal before you get there and leave all the cards in your car... the only time you should ever have a credit card in the casino is if you are using it to pay for a meal or a room.

I always bring 40 dollars with me. If I lose my 40 I go home. If I win my 40 back I put it in my wallet and don't touch it. that way if I lose All the money I've won I still have the 40 I came in with.

The one time that I went gambling was on a river boat. I played with $20. When it was gone, I was done. That took half an hour. Maybe.

I've only been gambling once; on my 21st birthday. (I don't drink either and my sister had planned for two years to take me drinking on said birthday....but when it finally rolled around she was pregnant so she couldn't! Ha! So she took me gambling instead....)

I lost over a hundred bucks, then gained it all back plus a little extra. Beginner's luck, and I had so much fun I understood how a powerful addiction can form. It is why I've not been gambling since then. (My worst offense since then are a few pull-tabs each year around said birthday.)

I gamble very rarely... one lotto ticket per year (the last one of the year. I win something every year, last year it was $1275 that's going towards my wedding) and the occasional scratch ticket (somehow I manage to always win something on these, usually just my $2 back. Last time I won $10 which I spent on beer)
