Living Medal of Honor recipient Dakota Meyer was found recently - helping out victims from a devastating tornado.

According to the article he arrived with four friends and heavy equipment, everyone ready to work where needed. The group specifically asked to be directed to residents who had no insurance, and who needed the most help..

“I’m not here because I have nothing else to do,” Meyer said. “That’s for sure. We’re here because it’s the right thing to do.”

And something else I learned after I posted this... Dakota Meyers is also the first Marine since Viet Nam to be awared the MOH.
