    Because, I won't last another day at this rate.

    I know you cheated me
    SC: I was here earlier and redeemed a $5 bonus food voucher and $5 free play, but my free play was never loaded onto my card.
    Me: That's because we don't do free play on our cards, we only have bonus cash, which I see was given to you at a little after 8.
    SC: No, I never received anything.
    Me: Okay, well, we can verify whether or not we missed any pay outs, give us a few minutes.
    We shut down the window of the person who helped him, have her count out her drawer, it balances to the 29cents (well, actually perfectly, but for a quick coint we don't bother with counting coins, we just assume starting balance coins, we do so few transactions that involve coins that it will be obvious if we are off without counting them).
    Me: I'm sorry sir, but the person who helped you has a perfectly balanced drawer, she did not miss any pay outs.
    SC: Well, I know that I didn't get anything.
    Me: If you want we can call survielance and have them review the footage to verify if she gave you your bonus cash.
    SC: *Looking around at the 3 cameras facing the station that he had been at earlier* Never mind, it's not worth it for $5 lousy bucks, but see if I come back after you cheated me like this.
    Me: As you wish, have a good evening.
    CW: *after SC has left* $20 says that he simply thought that the $5 was part of his change and I had overpaid him and wasn't going to be honest enough to tell me I had given him too much change.

    You're trying to cheat me, part 2
    SC: I was here earlier and asked for my match play for blackjack and the clerk gave me these vouchers for free rooms instead.
    Me: Okay, I can certainly get that cleared up for you, I'll print out your black jack match play and have a supervisor put the room vouchers back in your account.
    (So far he hasn't been sucky... and I hope I'm not here when he turns sucky)
    I take the vouchers back to the office to have a supervisor put them back in his account (once a voucher is printed, it expires in 48 hours, regardless of when it would expire if left in the account, so we have to put them back in if printed out by mistake).
    Yeah, turns out he actually had already used two of the three room vouchers, they had not been redeemed in his account because he had booked his room prior to the offer being added to the account (the reservation agent knew that he'd get them based on his play and already knows the pattern they use for offer codes so was able to put them in without having it in the account yet)... this is a fact that the guest conveniently forgot to mention to anyone... but nice try on trying to redeem the same room offers twice, too bad our player's club employee's mistake revealed what you were up to. And yes, this one is on the guest, not just the hotel (though we did slip up in letting him pull one over on us, there is notes on the reservation that we had asked him to provide the coupon at check in and that he insisted he had already provided it at time of reservation... which as was previously mentioned, wouldn't be possible).
    Needless to say, those offers weren't added back onto his account.

    You're trying to cheat me, part 3
    This isn't my guest, so far this guy has only been bothering the casino side... well, I am having to deal with him as my switchboard lights up with some very unamused on call state officials, not amused at working this late.
    Guest hit a "jackpot"... they were not playing max bet which makes them ineligible for winning the jackpot amount, unhappy about this, they called the state to lodge a complaint against us... yes, they called at midnight and filed an emergency complaint which requires an on call person to investigate... yeah, no one is amused.




    And our server is going down for 6 hours starting at 2:30... the fun will commence
