    Some woman tried to pull the same stunt on People's Court that, since the dog was 'out of her possession' (AKA, got out of the house) at the time it attacked the neighbor's dog, that she wasn't responsible!

      Good call for the judge and I'm glad he made it clear that the defendant was responsible for making the dog the way it is.

        girl's lucky her dog wasn't put down.
        and with this on the records, it could be come a very real scenario.
