Self-sighting nothing. XD Sounds more like just a random brain-fart than anything else. I do that all the time. Especially if the person asking the questions asks them too quickly for me to fully understand what's being asked.

Sounds like the counter clerk was being a bit of a bitch. When I go to the optician, they ask for and receive my name. They handle the records. I don't have "account details" that I would remember.

What does that mean? Account number? I think the person asking you for info should have been clearer on what she wanted.
