One of the gals on my first ship. No idea why either... she'd pick the last stall, plunk her butt down and wouldn't bother closing the door.

always a bit of a shock when getting cleaning gear out of the "deep sink" locker that was right next to the last toilet stall.

I don't close my bathroom door.. except for baths, but that's mostly because curious kitteh claws hurt when they find out baths are WET. Mind, my bathroom is the master bath, in the master bedroom and with the exception of hubby, none shall enter without permission!

I'm trying to break my eldest of leaving the bathroom door open. HIS is off the living room. No privacy, open to the house.. yeah. Got him to at least do it when we have company...
