=What's Going On=
I get to work today and immediately find out that there's a problem with Envy. A third of the users who use Envy can't log into it. This is hundreds of users impacted. So naturally there's already a global ticket for the issue open.
I log into ADE so I can get my IT Service Desk tools up and running, then try to log into Envy in a side window so I can access my mail... only to find that I'm one of the impacted users. Great.
So I then go to open up TTS to prepare for the day... and get an error that it's down. Oh, wonderful.
This means I'll have to log my notes in a separate document and then transfer them into proper tickets once TTS is back up.
I can already tell this is going to be a great day...
