    I love this line:

    That just means that many cashiers don't check the names on cards these days.

      How many threads here deal with exactly this: some SC trying to use a credit card that not their's with the owner nowhere in sight who then go ballistic when told they can't do that?

      And a COURT took a man's credit card from a woman? What, this wasn't a HUGE red flag? I think the staff is going to get a long lecture on proper procedure in the very near future...

        It was a bail bonds company, not the courthouse itself. That actually makes it MORE surprising to me -- They're pretty hardcore when it comes to collections, bounties (on bail jumpers) and fraud.

            Or maybe not, in Catch Me if You Can (the book) one took a check from an accused (and admitted) bad check writer.
