  • If You Have Two Options and One Doesn't Work...

    Then trying the other option is to avoided at all costs...

    This is an edited version of a customer email:

    "I have tried to do the exercises using [your software], but I keep getting the
    message "This software has been de-activated" [customer serial number] with the
    options to activate it or to exit. I have exited, uninstalled and installed the
    software and I keep getting the same message. "

    I wonder how many times they repeated that process before giving up and writing to us?

    Hmm or maybe they figured out "activate" means "I probably have to pay for it"! But then writing the company to tell them about his/her stupidity??? Wow.

      The best thing is that these folks HAD paid for it and they had plenty of unused activations left.
