I think it's pretty obvious if someone is an Australian aboriginal or not. They have very distinct features. However, I imagine that they probably have tribal ID cards, like the Native Americans do here in the US.

I imagine it would be like an ID I saw once for someone who had religious beliefs against being photographed, the ID had no picture on it, and on restrictions listed "must have description sheet for ID to be valid" and they had with them a sheet with the state* seal with their physical description

*I am using state in the classic sense of governing body, I don't remember who issued it, it was a tribal government though, not one of the 50 states or DC.
