How did he get through the drive thru window?

Oh, it's possible. About 2 years ago, an inmate at the prison was taken up to the U hospital. While there, he managed to get the gun away from the guard accompanying him and killed him with it. In his escape, he managed to get a car and took off to the other side of town where he stopped at an Arby's. He went up to the drive-thru and climbed into the window where eventually a civilian or two took him down. Last week he was officially charged with capital murder. Here's a brief rundown of the events: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Curtis_Allgier

Filet-o-Fish at 4:30 in the morning? I'm not surprised in the least that he ordered one, only that they were making it.

There is, by the way, a very good reason they don't sell a fish biscuit.

Edited to reply to Aut: Reminds me of this tale, though fortunately in this case nobody was killed:

The McDonald's in question is the one I was working in at the time, or rather would have been had I not been running late that day. The others got in a car and drove away, and as far as I know were never caught, but these ran across the street, got in line, and ordered double cheeseburgers, though the police ensured that they never got them.

Now the trouble about trying to make yourself stupider than you really are is that you very often succeed.
