I am not sure if anyone remembers me, but I am finally back...

I have had so much going on, especially in the past year, I have plenty more stories yet to tell and I am glad to be back!!

When I was last here, I was working for a tour operator, and now I am working in a call centre for an internet provider... Inbound Sales and Billing Enquiries - fun!
