    Heard a co-worker on a call today.

    The customer had apparently called about an invoice she had received. I heard the CW answering some questions about the invoice, and evidently the customer asked something along the lines of, where is my bill, or are you going to send me a bill?

    Keep in mind that the customer had specifically said that she HAD the invoice right there. But that's not the funny part.

    When the CW said "The bill you have in your hand", the customer's next question was: "You can see me?"

    When you start at zero, everything's progress.
