I answer it
SC hangs up without saying anything.

Lately it's been about if we have rooms available.

It's the continuing slow death of civility, brought on by the belief that retail and service-industry workers are robots and/or inferior - which is/was the inevitable result of management constantly kissing the asses of the most difficult customers.
