Lately, I've been having problems with my Java applet working properly. It shows in my task bar but isn't listed in the internet options. This applet is needed for me to do my puzzles on jigzone.com and also to enter the CS chat room. Any ideas aside from uninstalling and reinstalling which I've been doing?

I've seen similar issues with some of our customers trying to install one of our applications. In some cases we've had to uninstall all previous versions of the JRE (Java Runtime Environment) and install the latest available. In some, we never could get it figured out.

I've tried searching through Java's website and was unsuccessful.

I've been getting Java to work after restarting the computer. I'm still having problems with it continuing to work especially if I switch to another activity on the computer.
