There are some circumstances where this logic would apply, but bank employees partying after work isn't one of them.
I used to have managers like this when I worked at Wal-Mart, though many of them were not like this, too. They thought that you should take some sort of immaculate pride in where you worked and wear it as a badge of honor. Well, if someone wants to do that, that's fine, but if you see work as just a means to keep money in your bank account, then you're not going to do that.Comment
