Do they have wolverines? I think they are more dangerous.
      Wolverines have standards....

Now, maybe they have an arboretum and she can get pelted by buckeyes.

I think (sub)humanity must have some kind of auto-pilot.
Well that, and there are too many freaking warning labels. Remove them all...and let the problem take care of itself

She let her child get into an animal's pen, the boy survived, and she's still mad? What a twit.

How does one not know an oryx from a llama? An alpaca, on the other hand...
I was wondering that myself. Oryx have loooooong pointy horns and llamas....don't. But they do spit. My advisor in college got spit on by one, they are related to camels, after all. (And don't forget guanacos and vicuña!)

Heh, on a side note. If I wanted to see oryx, I'd just have to drive down to White Sands....except I can't legally get on the range.

Easy. All it takes is for one to be so self-involved that not only do you not care that your child is putting himself in danger, but you can't be bothered to read the signs posted in front of the cage he's climbing into.

The oryx and the llamas probably have their habitats either mixed (not much worry that they'll eat each other) or they're right next to each other.
