I've been lurking for a bit and just wanted to introduce myself, say hello and give everyone my deepest sympathy for having to know the pain of dealing with these customers! I am currently a deli clerk at a large supermarket in the richest part of a very stuck up wealthy suburb. So you can imagine the customers.... Last job was managing a retail store but I jumped ship when they were bought out by another company and took my current job. Ever since my 1st job in high school I have been in customer service in one form or another. I love this site! Just hate cleaning the coffee off my laptop when I spew it from laughing so hard LOL
