I live in a building owned and operated by a company that I do work for on occasion so technically I can call the people that live in my building, my customers. Wait, that means I am my own customer!
Tonight I hear loud screaming outside my door in the hallway (I live in an apartment building). I open the door and stand in the doorway to watch as this woman comes out of her apartment screaming obscenities at the guy cleaning the floor. The floor is linoleum (or something like that) so the guy is mopping. The lady is extremely pissed about the smell of the cleaning liquid.
Cast of Characters:
CG: Cleaning Guy
CW: Crazy Woman
Me: well, you know
CW: Everyone that works in this building thinks that the residents in this building are all mentally ill!!!
CG: I do not think that way at all
CW: Well, you work for them so you MUST think that way!!!
CG: I assure you that I do not *Continues mopping*
CW: *continues on this thread for about 2 minutes then goes and kicks over the CG's mop bucket*
CG: What the hell lady???
CW: You are all Pedophiles here!!! (using much much more nasty words including the word baby)
CG: Ma'am, you are going to have to keep your voice down as there are people trying to sleep. *continues mopping floor and walking away*
At this point I am like Wow Dude, I would have lost my cool long ago
CW: *Runs down the hall and gets in CG's face* What are you going to do about it??? You cannot do anything, you are just the cleaning guy!
CG: Ma'am, get out of my face NOW.
CW: Or you will do what? *Holds up fists in threatening manner and takes a swing*
CG: *Ducks punch and runs to the emergency exit and leaves scene*
CW: *Stomps down the hall screaming obscenities*
Me: Ma'am, could you keep it down out here? Some people are trying to sleep!
CW: Well, you are a pedophile too!!! (with the same words as the other one)
At this point I turn around, go back into my place, and shut the door. The CW continues down the hall, banging on doors, and screaming her head off. So much for a nice peaceful night.
