Wanted to give thanks to Ryan at the Lebanon, NH Applebee 's Tuesday night. He kept his cool and a great attitude through everything. My special needs brother flipped his dish of chicken tenders and fries for some reason that we don't know for which we were sorry and embarrassed. Anyway even with all that the server got us a replacement and even made a joke about it. Thank you again and hopefully the tip was enough.
