We had FOUR people scheduled to work today (five if you count someone in another division but she doesn't take calls off the main switchboard).
So, five little call center workers...Oops, we're down one who called in sick.
Four little call center workers....Wait, another one's going home sick (or to the hospital, not sure. Chest pains & gut pains, which I personally believe were a self-induced panic attack from all the drama she generated yesterday...)
Three little call center workers....Hmmm, the part timer's going home at 1:00
And this one gets her own thread in CoC 
Down to two...well, you can't count THAT one as she doesn't take board calls.
ONE little call center worker
For FOUR AND A HALF HOURS.
Mostly death notices, at least half of which were being placed by family instead of funeral homes, which is a more involved process due to verification & other things.
Then the other person involved in yesterday's drama wanted to talk about said drama. When did I put out a shingle advertising mediation and arbitration??
Thank all the gods that I'm off next week, and so is the drama queen.
