This incident happened to one of my co-workers.

She was working in one of the parking garages that she has to clean when a female customer walked up to her asking her how she pays for her parking.

So my co-worker began to explain how to pay for her parking when the female customer yelled at her and said "I do not have time for this".

My co-worker said "sorry ma'am" and walked away.

So why ask the question? God, some people are bizarre.

Maybe she wanted your co-worker to tell her it's free??
