I need some opinions...

I was going to put this under "life advice", but it involves links, so I guess it goes here...

Ok, as I stated in a previous thread, my awesome wife told me a couple of the things she was considering getting me for our upcoming 10th wedding anniversary.

In no particular order, they are: a new wedding ring for me, a guitar, or a pocket watch.

Now, the ring I could probably figure out myself. But as far as the guitars go, I'm torn between three of them.

I've also been considering a Les Paul, but they don't have an image of the one I want.

As far as pocket watches go, I want a "mechanical wind" one, but everything I find is either steel, "gold tone" or "gold plated". The sterling silver ones are WAY out of our price range.

If anyone has any recommendations on pocket watches, I'd love to hear them. I'm leaning toward a skeleton look with a half hunter.

I can't recommend you buy a guitar, even an electric guitar, by looks or even online. They have different feels to them, and even individual guitars will often sound different from each other. Go to your local music store and shop around.

In part, yes.

I already have a wristwatch I like. I need to get it repaired, but I still like it. It's a "binary" watch where different combinations of lights shine for the hours and minutes.
