So lately for some bizarre reason I've had random customers some that I don't easily recognize telling me that I've been at my location a long time. Maybe someone thinks I need to be reminded of that but whatever. That really doesn't have too much to do with the story but it just makes me think Yes, I have been here a long time (coming up on 12 years now).
Last Friday one of my favorite customers said she was going to bring me a milkshake on Sunday. Sunday comes and goes and the rest of the week goes by and no milkshake. Then on Thursday favorite customer comes in then runs over to nearby fast food place to get my goodies.
Turns out she came in the two previous nights while I wasn't there with the goodies but kept it for herself. Okay a part of me is happy about that the fact that she didn't give it to anyone else.
I'm going to wind up this long winded pat on the back. It's nice to hear that sometimes I do stuff right for customers and that they appreciate it. And honestly on Thursday I really needed that pick me up. It's funny when customers just come out of nowhere and say nice things.
