      I totally agree, though. Actually paying attention and providing appreciation and positive critique is the best morale boost.

      And when negative critique is required (which it sometimes is), providing HELPFUL suggestions, training, etc is a morale boost of sorts for the kind of person who actually tries to do a good job... when they're appreciated for it.

      A livable-on wage is also a big morale boost.
      Seshat's self-help guide:
      1. Would you rather be right, or get the result you want?
      2. If you're consistently getting results you don't want, change what you do.
      3. Deal with the situation you have now, however it occurred.
      4. Accept the consequences of your decisions.
