Who would we contact? This is the first I've heard of having to report our plans to get married. I've already filled out various paperwork with the government as far as work goes so there's a long paper trail of our relationship.

From what it looked like on Immigrations webpage, it's just a matter of filing the paperwork in an appropriate amount of time. There was nothing on it about reporting an intent to marry.
