Default The Most/Least Satisfying Jobs....

I find it so telling that so may of us here are on the least satisfying job list. I would hazard to say that SC's are probably a major reason why they are rated so low. Who can enjoy their job when they are constantly yelled at by customers, undermined by middled management, and overworked by upper management.

If I could teach without having to do any testing or grading, I would be in heaven. I enjoyed working for the school as a tutor, but that still involved being graded indirectly by how well the students did in their own classes. If they did well on their tests, I felt great, but if they didn't, I felt like I let them down somehow (I know it doesn't work that way, but it still felt that way). Yes, teaching is extremely satisfying, but the bureaucracy inhales with great velocity!
