Short background: People can upload photos online to their want ads.
Customer calls, screaming bloody murder because she can't seem to do this. Tells my CW that "It's not working!" which seems to be the sum total of her tech knowledge. IT Admin person wasn't in, so in between blood-curdling howls of outrage, CW managed to pry customer's name and phone number out of her.
Cue today. IT Admin spoke to the customer. Turned out customer was trying to upload photos that were in her email. She had never uploaded the photos to her computer.
It should be noted that both CW and IT suggested she send her photos to us and we would have them placed online for her, but no...wanted to do it herself.
And...her husband called back twice today that I know of....they were still having problems....
ETA: Wed. So they called back AGAIN today, still having problems. And I learned more about the original problem. The customer had their email in a file on their computer, and was, in effect, trying to upload the entire folder instead of the individual photos.
