    The other day, a customer came to the service desk and said the store director's name. The PIC was standing next to me and told the customer who he was. The customer was saying something about the help number for party trays. The PIC told her that it would be on a receipt when you buy something. I happened to have one on hand since most lottery customers reject their receipts and handed it over. She mentioned something about a problem with not the store but the company itself.

    She wanted someone to call the number for her but she wouldn't clarify what the problem was. The store director ended up talking to her and wasn't able to find out what she wanted.

      She probably knew she wouldn't get what she wanted from the store director, so she wanted someone else to talk to. Makes me wonder what it was (no, Sheldon, I don't think it was THAT! )
