    Also see if you can get a free consult with a laywer. You might be able to bill the PO for your time and effort.

      So far so good. Haven't seen anything some through that wasn't for us recently. Hopefully they updated their GPS and this is a thing of the past.

        If you could, I'd say contact some of the patients and let them know that their medical records are being sent to a private residence, but that would involve opening the mail. So I'll second (third?) that statement about going to the media with this. You'd think that the post office would KNOW that there was a new place and they'd be extra sure they knew where it was and what mail goes there, especially after a year!
        The fact that jellyfish have survived for 650 million years despite not having brains gives hope to many people.

        You would have to be incredibly dense for the world to revolve around you.

          Instead of taking the mail to the place, just return it to sender. Eventually they'll get the hint.
