First call, Friday morning: A lady said she was trying to use our online system to submit info about a yearly event that her club does, and the site was refusing to take the info on the admission fee.
The NICEST person I've spoken to in months. Well, except for the older gentleman who was placing that memoriam for his late wife, but hey this lady said she was going to let my boss know how helpful I was "because people always complain when they're unhappy but never take the time to compliment someone." No kidding! Let's see if she really does it, but either way, it was so nice to actually talk to a polite, pleasant customer for a change!
