Dine and Dash is part of overhead - the restaurant should never expect employees to pay for the assholes who do this. No way in hell would I pay up. Ever. If an employer tried to force me to pay they would have the State Labor Board, the Federal DOL and any news stations I could call coming down to see them.

Figers are vicious I tell ya. They crawl up your leg and steal your belly button lint.

I'm a case study.
