To the nice Lady at the Zoo.
Thank you very much for going out of your way to make a little boy feel special.
I took my friends kids out for ice cream at our local Zoo. One of them is special needs and can't have ice cream but it isn't obvious. His older brothers ordered their ice cream and then she asked him what he wanted he asked for a cup of water. He can't speak clearly so his brother said he just wants water please he can't have ice cream.
She looked at him with a big smile on her face and said "Of course a very special cup of water for a very special little boy and because you're so special I'll put it in a very special cup for you!" (A coffee cup with a lid but he didn't know that)
He lit up at that a lot of people will make a snarky comment or scoff at the fact he can't have ice cram like he won't notice but the fact she went out of her way to make him feel special meant everything to him.
