Here's a variation on this thread (I hate to 'jack threads).
It was Friday night at the tax office and a child in the waiting area spilled a bag of candy on the floor. The sweets rolled all over. The mom called the guilty party over and demanded that the kid request a broom. The young one did, I handed her a broom and dustpan. The kid did a reasonably good jog of cleaning her mess. I told the mo that I liked her style as I left for the night.
