I get to be a small part of the joyful moments in people's lives. 
A woman just came through and purchased our largest flower arrangement, some stuffed animals, and what not. What got me was that she wanted a Thank You card to go with the flowers as a surrogate mother just delivered her new baby for her. She was near tears and shaking when she asked me to come up with something good for the card, that she wasn't sure how to express herself.
So I wrote "Your generous gift will forever be a treasure in our hearts." and had her sign it. She told me it was perfect and that I should work for a Greeting Card company. Now I'm tearing up too!
