What's on your CD player?
Hey Gang..
In the vein of "I have..." and "I have not...", I just thought I'd throw this one up...
It's - which 3 bands (perhaps albums) normally would go on your CD or record player.
This isn't about what 3 bands you think are the best (after all - Led Zeppelin and Beatles etc may be considered 'the best', but wouldn't necessarily hit the turn-tables too often!) Besides - though I'm a big fan of Jethro Tull, it doesn't hit the system as much as the others (except maybe Thick as a Brick or Aqualung).
Nor is it about who has the best taste in music (because, let's face it, I do :P)
So.. to get things mozzeying along...
1 Blind Guardian - usually Nightfall in Middle Earth or Somewhere Far Beyond or Imaginations from the Other Side.
2 Gamma Ray - probably Insanity and Genius or Somewhere Out in Space
3 Clannad - usually Banbha or Lore (can't get enough of I Will Find You)
Next......

I am all MP3 now
Back when I listened to CD's. I would have CD's that I had burned music onto. So I really couldn't answer that question.

MetallicA - well, just about any one of their albums but St. Anger
Oh, hell, I need a third one. Something weird...let me check out the collection... How about The Monkees? Aqua? Billy Ray Cyrus? Oooooooooh, I know. Tenacious D.

Right now in my CD player is Flyleaf. I don't really listen to CDs that often.

Hmm, I have over 200 CDs, and it's hard to pick three favorites. But I'll give it a try:
Iced Earth -- The Dark Saga
Helloween -- Keeper of the Seven Keys Part 1
Iron Maiden -- Piece of Mind

CHALLENGE!
Skalpel (PaRaGras may have that in his collection, well its a gross over generalization as they share a country of origin)
Brickwerk
Music Man Technology (however my favourite track now skips like a kangaroo on red bull)

In my car CD player is a mix CD that I burned from my iTunes. It contains bands like Three Days Grace, Godsmack, Papa Roach, and the like. Also a few songs from RENT and one from Wicked that I threw on there for the hell of it. But I haven't listened to it in a while.
Usually I listen to my iPod, which is usually shuffling among the ~650 songs I currently have on it. Though I've been skipping a lot and listening to Adam Pascal a lot lately (he was in the original casts of RENT and Aida and has 2 albums of his own). Also George Carlin.
