Hi,

New member, long (really long) time lurker/reader. I figure even if I don't post much it's easier to read this way.

I haven't worked in retail in many years, but in the past I worked for a car wash, fast food, and an auto parts warehouse.

I currently deal with customers of a professional variety. I work for a commercial concrete company, and I am 2nd in command for sales and 1st in command for drafting.
