Default Sorry, folks...

I know some people like to go through the New Posts link, and I know I've been flooding it with my helloing in the New Members forum. Sorry 'bout that. I've been slacking on my "greeter" status the last few (several) months (and feeling bad for not earning my nifty little greeter badge). But since our "official greeter" has more important things on her mind these days, I thought I should step in and try to catch up.

So hugs to Ree and I'll try to fill your shoes there until you are up to it yourself again.

Ya know, I was always curious as to how you got that title, and I belive another (Mod?) has Pep Squad on it or something.

I got my badge because I went through a period where I was greeting a lot of people in the New Members forum and Ree noticed. She and Raps decided to offer me a Greeter badge (no priveleges come with it, though. I just say hi).

JuniorMintz is the one with the Pep Squad badge; I don't know the story behind that one though...

No need to apologize for welcoming people here.

Hehe, I only mentioned it because last time I flooded the new posts with hellos someone commented on how many new people seemed to have signed up all of a sudden...

No need to feel bad.

When I actually get to the New Members forum, I go nuts myself.

See, I always feel guilty if I go there. If I say hi to one, I gotta say Hi to them all, otherwise its not fair. And what happens? The board gets flooded with a bunch of

Hi, Plaidman welcomes you

replies. Seems a bit over kill. So I don't know what to do about it

Yeah, me too. And then I answer a bunch and I try to personalize them a bit but I run out of things to say pretty quick, unless something in their post sparks something for me.
