One of the most frustrating games I have ever played

Not enough that you have to solve the puzzle with all the point and click type thingies, but there are annoying little games built in that you have to beat.
I have been stuck underwater trying to beat the 'fish game' for over an hour.
I finished it, but the ending kind of sucked.

ok..im stuck on the first one... i thought i had to put the parts in the right spot, but its not working....

Im through it now, I have two of the works returned but no clues and im 3 cubes away.... ARGH its like the crimson room all over again

*SPOILER* Mouse over to highlight.
I assume you're talking about the machine in the basement. You have to put both white curved pieces in place, as well as the tracks and the red handles, the fan blade on one side, and the fan unit on the other side. Once they are in place, press the red button. A yellow/orange triangle will pop up with letters and numbers. That's the code to enter on the front of the chest. Don't forget that the little cursor arrow is the spot where you are actually clicking.

I got frustrated and quit on the fish game, but I was doing fine until then. The maze wasn't too intuitive, since I had to think about using the cursor keys, but I did fine on many of the other things.

yeah, it's called the vermillion room. i don't think i ever finished it. i think i got frustrated and gave up.
