My daughter is home! YIPPEE! -mom stuff

My daughter was gone for three days on a camping trip with her school. I missed her and worried a lot. Her cell phone didn't get much of a signal, so I barely talked to her when she was gone.

She is home now. All safe and sound.

Now, during a normal week, I barely see her, since she leaves for school before I wake up and doesn't get home from school till after I leave for work, because she is in cross country. She is asleep when I get home, but I still peek in on her and make sure she is breathing. I do that with the boys too, it's a habit left over from when they wre babies.

On weekends, she is off with her friends., so I barely see her then either.

I might have to kidnap my own daughter!

I agree with the kidnapping.

I kidnapped my mom last week - took her to Disney for a few days. Just me and her...no siblings, boyfriends, pets, or other distractions.

Kidnapping family members for non-nefarious purposes is FUN.

I'd kidnap my Mom if I ever had the chance. (RW, don't tell!)

I'd want to take her somewhere she would enjoy. Maybe have RW do the same with Dad.
