Gratz on your surprise litter! I've had the same thing happen...went out noticing my new hairless female was acting oddly, laying down in a way that reminded me of mama cats, and then came back home to lots of tiny squeaks and my mother telling me to "look what my rat had done".
Start interacting with them as soon as they're up and crawling to the sides...they basically tame themselves then, no effort needed. They grow up trusting and gentle.
