Well I am now on a six month probationary period at work. The reason for this? Customer Complaints of course. It is ALWAYS the customers fault.
Anyhow. I have been getting complaints from customers that I am bothering them or being too loud. Cleaning tables can be quite loud. Especially when I need to reset the tables.
The thing I am mad about is that I've been getting several complaints and they haven't said anything until almost a year in.
My review says I never get complaints yet obviously I have been getting some.
I hate that they lied to me. How am I to improve if I'm never told anything is wrong?
Now if anyone complains for any reason I can be fired. And that is just wrong
